Unless otherwise agreed, terms are cash on delivery upon receipt of goods. All charges are payable in U.S dollars. A & M COMPUTERS INC. Offers its customers several payment options. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable conducting business with A & M Computers Inc. No on-line orders are accepted at this time on the Internet. You can purchase items only by placing a telephone call, via Fax or by e-mail. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Money orders/cashier's checks are also acceptable. RETURN POLICY 

Approval must be obtained from A & M COMPUTERS INC. prior to return of any goods. All goods returned without a A & M COMPUTERS INC. Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be refused. In case of incorrect shipment of goods that are damaged during shipment, A & M COMPUTERS INC. must be informed in writing with in twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of goods. To obtain credit for returned goods, items must be in a resalable condition upon receipt by A & M COMPUTERS INC.

WARRANTY

A & M COMPUTERS INC. warrants that the goods sold hereunder, except Integrated Circuits (including Central Processing Units and Memory Chips) shall be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of invoice. No warranty extended by A & M COMPUTERS INC. shall apply to any goods which have been modified or altered by persons other than A & M COMPUTERS INC. authorized personnel, to goods that are defective due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, soldering or accident, or to goods sold as "used". A & M COMPUTERS INC. obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at A & M COMPUTERS INC. option, of defective parts or goods, freight prepaid by sender to A & M COMPUTERS INC. facility. A & M COMPUTERS INC. reserves the right in installment contracts to grant credit for the value of the goods found to be defective under the terms of warranty. 

LEGAL DISCLAIMER 

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods here in being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, A & M Computers Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. A credit shall be issued immediately to your credit card account for the amount charged in the incorrectly priced order.
